Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative handles client communications, marketing campaigns and phone call follow-up to current and prospective customers, as well as data entry.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Make follow-up phone calls in response to marketing materials.
- Prepare marketing mailers and other marketing materials.
- Entering and collecting marketing related data
- Prospecting and Canvassing
- Prospect list cleaning.
SKILLS NEEDED
- Must be comfortable on the phone and be engaging with prospects
- A love of (and ability to) solve problems & challenges
- Self-starter who is highly motivated
- Attention to detail and ability to follow marketing plan
- Excellent communication skills, especially phone skills
- A deep desire to deliver an amazing client experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
