JOB TITLE: Sales Development Representative
Compensation RANGE: Hourly with commissions as earned
HOURS OF WORK: 24 hours per week, Part Time, M-F Within the hours of 8am-5pm
Location Puyallup, WA (Hybrid onsite and remote could be possible)

Position Overview

The Sales Development Representative handles client communications, marketing campaigns and phone call follow ups to current and prospective customers, as well as data entry.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Make follow-up phone calls in response to marketing materials
  • Create and post marketing content to social media accounts
  • Prepare marketing mailers and other marketing materials
  • Entering and collecting marketing related data
  • Prospecting
  • Prospect list cleaning

Cybertools, Inc., a local and fast-growing IT managed services provider and consulting firm in the Greater Puget Sound area, is looking to grow our IT technician team and are looking for an advanced, highly detailed Tier 2 or tier 3 technician. As an employee, you will:

  • Represent our company and interacting daily with all levels of our client’s workforce, from C-level to business and technical end-users to perform a wide range of technical computing and information systems support.
  • Plan, implement, maintain, administer Microsoft infrastructure systems for single- and multi-site CUSTOMER environments.
  • Provide support for systems, network, and servers.
  • Execute IT deployment and new client onboarding projects while working closely with clients. Manage project expectations and deliver on time and on budget.
  • Manage, administer, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows server and cloud environments.
  • Research and recommend new technologies for customers aiming to improve their business processes.
  • Deploy, test, and administer security best practices that match the client environment and suffice relevant regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and deploy systems to facilitate efficient maintenance and administration of client networks.
  • Ensure security, availability, and performance of network infrastructure through maintenance and standardization.
  • Solve Tier 2 problems while providing a personable and an impeccable standard of customer service experience.
  • Document resolutions as you troubleshoot so that we do not continually have to reinvent solutions.
  • Continually evolve your knowledge of new technologies to ensure our clients can stay on the cutting edge.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a computer related field.
  • Previous IT support experience providing technical support/troubleshooting, in an MSP environment or a similarly related position.
  • Previous experience in the technical industry; with at least 2 years as a tier 2 technician, having at least three years’ experience in administrating and troubleshooting Office 365, and Windows Operating Systems (Desktop and Server)
  • Related IT certifications or Microsoft technologies desired.
  • Deep understanding of networking technologies for single and multi-site environments (VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, layer2/3 switches, network monitoring).
  • Solid technical knowledge of all aspects of Windows Server including installation, administration, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, capacity planning, monitoring, and security.
  • Understanding of Virtualization (VMware and Hyper V)
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, Office 365 deployment, management, networking
  • Experience with VOIP system support (Intermedia)
  • Strong critical thinking and organization skills with the ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills.

Other Needs:

  • Regular and reliable attendance to our Puyallup location. A reliable and productive home workspace for hybrid days (after probationary period.)
  • Some local travel to clients using our company vehicle.
  • A background check and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Citizenship is required - we're unable to sponsor at this time.

Hours:

Monday – Friday

Pay will be commensurate with your previous and relevant IT experience and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
